Babbage - HTCondor Cluster

About

The Babbage HTCondor cluster is a CSEE department resource, however, access is not restricted to CSEE students.

This cluster is primarily a teaching resource and is made up of the Ada Lovelace and Otter lab PCs. Researchers can apply for access, however, it should be taken into consideration that priority will be given to Undergraduate and Masters students.

The cluster contains:

Warning

These nodes are not interconnected, if your singular job requires the use of multiple nodes please use the Eureka2 HPC Cluster instead.

Jobs will only run when the lab PCs are not in-use. Jobs can be evicted at any time if somebody starts using the PC which is executing the job or the PC is shutdown or restarted.

If you require a more stable environment then please consider using one of the other available HPC clusters, such as AISurrey or Eureka2.
